VoIP & phone systems
Modern business phone systems live in the cloud. Your team takes calls from a deskphone, laptop, or cell — same number, full history, integrated with the tools you already use.
The full scope. No surprises.
- Cloud-hosted phone system (Microsoft Teams Phone or dedicated VoIP)
- Desk phones, softphones, and mobile apps
- Auto-attendant and call routing
- Voicemail-to-email and voicemail transcription
- Call recording (where legally permitted)
- Integration with CRM and helpdesk tools
- Number porting from existing provider
- E911 setup and regulatory compliance
The process. Simple, by design.
- 01
Plan
Map current call flow: who answers what, after-hours coverage, transfers, recordings. Design the new system to fit how you actually work.
- 02
Port + provision
Port your numbers (usually 2–4 weeks). Provision users, phones, apps. Test before cutover.
- 03
Cutover
Switch the day you choose. We monitor closely for the first week, tune routing as you learn what works.
Common questions answered.
Will we lose our existing number?
No. Numbers port from your current carrier — it's their legal obligation. Plan 2–4 weeks for porting in most cases.
Do we need new phones?
Depends on what you have. Most modern IP phones from Polycom, Yealink, or Cisco can be re-provisioned. Older analog systems usually need replacement.
What about poor call quality?
VoIP quality lives or dies on your internet connection. We test your bandwidth and network configuration before quoting. If your circuit can't support it, we'll tell you what to fix.
